Use Detergent with Hot Water

Use simple detergent with hot water to wash the stain. Pour some detergent over the stains on the bed sheet and rub it well with the fingers or palm of your hands. Leave the bed sheet for around 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, wash your bed sheet in washing machine with laundry soap and hot water.

Use Baking Soda and Detergent

Spread your bed sheet on plain surface and sprinkle the baking soda on the stain in a way that it covers the stain well. Now Take an old toothbrush and scrub the baking soda and leave it for 60 minutes, it will start absorbing the blood stain. Now take some regular detergent and pour it on the layers of baking soda. Scrub the soap and baking soda again using toothbrush and leave it for another 30 to 60 minutes. After that, wash your bedsheet in washing machine in hot water.

After washing your bed sheet you can rinse your sheets with cold water and 1/2 cup of freshener or 1/2 cup of white vinegar and baking soda.
